1. Introduction
Welcome to FbFast. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FbFast websites, products, features, and services.
FbFast, also known as Feedback Fast, is the name of a product and service available through the following domains: fbfast.io, fbfast.com, feedback.fit, qri.li, as well as other related pages, subdomains, or services that directly refer to these Terms.
In these Terms, the terms “FbFast”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the operator of the FbFast service.
The operator of the service is Individual Entrepreneur Shvets Vadym Yuriiovych.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the service. By using FbFast, creating an account, generating QR codes, uploading content, purchasing paid features, or otherwise interacting with the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use FbFast.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means the websites, products, tools, features, and services of FbFast, including creating, configuring, storing, editing, scanning, analytics, and management of QR codes.
- “Website” means FbFast websites and domains, including fbfast.io, fbfast.com, feedback.fit, qri.li, as well as related pages, subdomains, or services that refer to these Terms.
- “User”, “you”, or “your” means any person who visits the website, creates an account, uses the service, or interacts with FbFast features.
- “Account” means a user account in FbFast, if such functionality is used.
- “QR code” means a static or dynamic QR code created, configured, or managed through FbFast.
- “User Content” means any data, materials, links, files, images, logos, text, contact data, settings, or other content that you enter, upload, create, or process through FbFast.
- “Paid Features” means features, plans, subscriptions, or other service capabilities available after payment.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use FbFast only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the rights of third parties.
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy, legality, and relevance of the information you provide or upload to the service;
- the legality of the content you encode in QR codes or distribute through QR codes;
- maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account;
- all actions performed through your account, unless such actions were caused by our error or a security breach on our side;
- compliance with the laws of the country where you use the service or distribute QR codes.
Unauthorized access to the website, other users’ accounts, servers, APIs, databases, payment systems, or other parts of the FbFast infrastructure is prohibited.
4. User Accounts
Access to certain FbFast features may require creating an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and keep it current.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials. If you believe that your account has been compromised or is being used without authorization, you must notify us immediately.
We may temporarily limit or suspend access to an account if we suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, a threat to service security, or other actions that may harm FbFast, users, or third parties.
5. User Content
You may add your own content to FbFast, including URLs, text, contact data, files, images, logos, PDF documents, QR code settings, or other materials.
You retain your rights to your content. We do not acquire ownership of User Content.
By providing, uploading, or creating content through FbFast, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, technically process, copy, display, transmit, reformat, and perform other technical actions with such content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the FbFast service, including creating, storing, editing, displaying, scanning, redirecting, and operating QR codes.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use the content you add to FbFast, including personal data, images, trademarks, logos, text, files, or other third-party materials.
6. Prohibited Content and Prohibited Use
You must not use FbFast to create, store, distribute, redirect, or promote content or activity that:
- violates the law, third-party rights, or these Terms;
- contains malware, viruses, exploits, spyware, or other harmful code;
- contains phishing links, fraudulent schemes, or misleads users;
- is used for spam, mass unsolicited messages, or unauthorized marketing;
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, image rights, privacy, or other third-party rights;
- is defamatory, misleading, unlawful, offensive, or may harm other persons;
- impersonates other brands, companies, public authorities, or individuals without proper authorization;
- is used for fake financial, charity, investment, or other fraudulent schemes;
- threatens the security, availability, reputation, or normal operation of FbFast;
- creates excessive load on the service infrastructure or bypasses technical limitations;
- is used for automated bot traffic, analytics manipulation, or artificial inflation of scans;
- violates the requirements of payment providers, advertising platforms, or other third-party services integrated with FbFast.
We may restrict, block, remove, or deactivate content, QR codes, links, accounts, or access to the service if we believe that they violate these Terms, the law, third-party rights, or create risks to the security or reputation of FbFast.
7. FbFast Intellectual Property
The website, interface, design, logos, text, graphics, software code, functionality, structure, database, branding, and other elements of FbFast belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly permitted by these Terms or by separate written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise use elements of FbFast outside the normal use of the service.
Using FbFast does not grant you ownership rights to our trademarks, logos, design, software code, or other intellectual property.
8. Paid Features, Plans, and Subscriptions
Some FbFast features may be available free of charge, while others may require payment, a paid plan, or a subscription. Information about available plans, features, limits, prices, currency, billing period, and subscription terms is displayed on the relevant website pages or in the service interface.
Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. We do not store full bank card details. Payment processing may be carried out by providers such as WayForPay, PayPal, or other payment systems, depending on the available payment methods.
You are responsible for the accuracy of payment information, timely payment, and having sufficient funds to continue a paid feature or subscription.
If a subscription includes automatic renewal, the relevant information must be provided during subscription checkout or in the service interface. You may cancel your subscription using the available account management tools or by contacting support.
We may change plans, features, or terms of paid plans. If changes materially affect your active subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you about such changes.
9. Refunds
We aim to provide a high-quality service. However, a user may request a refund in the following cases:
- a technical error on FbFast’s side made it impossible to use the paid feature;
- a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred;
- the payment was made by mistake and the paid feature was not actually used;
- another case is expressly required by applicable law.
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- the paid feature or service was provided in full;
- the user violated these Terms or used the service for fraud, spam, phishing, or other abuse;
- access to the service was restricted due to a violation of these Terms;
- the user did not use the paid feature for reasons not attributable to FbFast;
- the user forgot to cancel the subscription before the next billing period, if automatic renewal was clearly disclosed.
To submit a refund request, contact us at support@fbfast.io and specify the account email, payment date, amount, payment provider, and reason for the request.
Refund decisions are made taking into account the circumstances of the specific case, service usage history, payment provider requirements, and applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
FbFast may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment systems, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or other resources that we do not control.
QR codes created through FbFast may lead to third-party websites or materials selected by users. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy policies, or practices of third-party resources.
Before using third-party services or providing them with personal data, we recommend reviewing their terms of use and privacy policies.
12. Service Availability and Feature Changes
We aim to ensure stable operation of FbFast, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available continuously, without errors, delays, technical failures, or data loss.
We may change, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue certain service features where this is necessary for maintenance, security, product development, compliance with legal requirements, or other justified reasons.
We are not responsible for service unavailability caused by third-party actions, internet failures, hosting providers, CDN, payment systems, advertising or analytics services, or circumstances beyond our control.
13. Restriction, Suspension, or Termination of Access
We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate a user’s access to the website, account, QR codes, paid features, or other parts of the service if the user:
- violates these Terms;
- violates the law or third-party rights;
- is suspected of fraudulent activity or using the service to deceive third parties;
- distributes malware, phishing links, spam, or other harmful content;
- attempts unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- manipulates the payment system, promotions, trial periods, or analytics;
- creates excessive load on the service infrastructure;
- acts in a way that threatens the security, operation, reputation, or legitimate interests of FbFast, users, or third parties.
In the event of access termination, certain data may be retained for the period necessary to comply with the law, maintain accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or protect our rights.
14. Disclaimers
FbFast is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet all your expectations, operate continuously, error-free, securely, or be compatible with all devices, browsers, systems, or third-party services.
We do not guarantee the results of using QR codes, the number of scans, conversions, sales, leads, advertising performance, or any commercial result that may be associated with using the service.
You are solely responsible for checking QR codes, links, content, redirect settings, availability of destination pages, and compliance of your use of the service with applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use FbFast.
We are not responsible for:
- content created, uploaded, or distributed by users;
- third-party websites to which QR codes lead;
- actions or omissions of payment providers, hosting providers, analytics, advertising, or other third-party services;
- loss of access due to incorrect user settings;
- consequences of using QR codes in printed materials, advertising, packaging, or other channels after the relevant QR code has been changed or deleted;
- losses caused by the user’s violation of these Terms.
If applicable law does not allow full limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations if this occurs due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, hostilities, emergencies, natural disasters, fires, power outages, internet outages, infrastructure attacks, actions of public authorities, sanctions, failures of third-party services, payment systems, hosting providers, or CDN.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the last updated date.
In the event of material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users about such changes, for example through a notice on the website, in the account, or by email if an email was provided.
Your continued use of FbFast after the updated Terms are published means that you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise expressly required by applicable mandatory law.
We recommend contacting us first to resolve any question or dispute related to FbFast before taking further action.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
