This Privacy Policy explains how FbFast processes the personal data of users of FbFast websites, products, and services.
FbFast, also known as Feedback Fast, is the name of a product and service available through the following domains: fbfast.io, fbfast.com, feedback.fit, qri.li, as well as other related pages, subdomains, or services that directly refer to this Policy.
In this Policy, the terms “FbFast”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the operator of the FbFast service.

2.2. Data and Content You Add to QR Codes

When using FbFast, you independently determine the scope and type of information that you encode, enter, upload, or otherwise add to the service. Depending on the functionality you choose, we may process the following categories of data:
Text and contact information: links (URLs), free-form text, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts in vCard format, network credentials, including Wi-Fi names and passwords, and links to profiles on social networks, messengers, or other online services.
Media files and documents: images, logos, PDF files, or other documents and materials that you upload to our servers to create, store, display, or ensure the operation of QR codes.
Technical QR code settings: destination URLs, redirect parameters, distribution rules, design, activity periods, scan limits, access settings, and other parameters that you choose when using the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful right, including any necessary permissions or consent from third parties, to add such data and content to the FbFast service.

2.3. Service Usage Data

We may collect technical and analytical data about how you use the website and the service, including:

  • IP address, which may be truncated or anonymized where applicable;
  • date and time of access;
  • device type;
  • browser;
  • operating system;
  • browser language;
  • pages you view;
  • actions on the website;
  • referrer URL;
  • approximate geolocation based on technical data;

2.4. QR Code Scan Data

If you use dynamic QR code or analytics features, we may process scan data, including:

  • date and time of scan;

  • IP address or truncated IP address;
  • referral source, if available;
  • technical data required for redirects and analytics.

2.5. Payment and Billing Data

If you purchase paid features, we may process:

  • payer’s name or business name;
  • email;
  • subscription plan;
  • payment amount;
  • currency;
  • payment date;
  • payment status;
  • transaction identifier;
  • information required for invoices, tax, and accounting records.

We do not store or process full bank card details. Card transactions are processed through authorized payment providers, such as WayForPay, PayPal, or other payment systems.

When you contact us, we may process:

  • technical information you provide;
  • attachments or screenshots, if you send them;
  • history of communication with us.

We review requests within the time limits provided by applicable law. Usually, we respond within 30 days, unless another period is established by law or unless the request is complex and requires additional time.

12. Marketing Communications

We may send you marketing communications about new features, updates, promotions, or other information related to FbFast only where we have an appropriate legal basis, including your consent.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect service or transactional messages that are necessary for account operation, payments, security, or performance of a contract.

Certain QR codes may include age restriction or age gate features if configured by the owner of the QR code. In such cases, age confirmation or date of birth may be requested where necessary to verify access to the relevant content.

14. Automated Processing

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects for the user.

  • restricting access based on the QR code activity period;
  • restricting access based on the number of scans;
  • age restriction;
  • collection of technical scan statistics;
  • protection against abuse or suspicious activity.

These features are used for the technical operation of the service, security, and provision of functionality to users.

15. User Content

You may add your own content to FbFast, including links, text, contact data, files, images, logos, or other materials.
You are responsible for the legality of such content and for having the necessary rights or permissions to use it.
We process such content only to the extent necessary to provide the FbFast service, including creating, storing, displaying, editing, scanning, and operating QR codes.
We may restrict, block, or remove content if we believe that it violates the law, the rights of third parties, our Terms of Use, or creates security risks for the service.

Some personal data is necessary to use FbFast. For example, an email may be required to create an account, and payment data may be required to purchase a paid plan.
If you do not provide data required for a particular feature, that feature may be unavailable.
