Plan limits

The dynamic QR code limit is the maximum number of dynamic QR codes you can create within your plan.
Dynamic QR codes can be edited after creation, so you can change the link or content without reprinting the code. They also include scan tracking.

The static QR code limit is the maximum number of static QR codes you can create within your plan.
A static QR code stores its data directly inside the code itself. If the link or content needs to change, you need to create a new QR code and reprint it when required.

The scan limit is the maximum number of scans available for each dynamic QR code per month.
For example, if a plan includes 1,000 scans per month, each individual dynamic QR code on that plan can receive up to 1,000 scans.

Yes. Scan limits reset every month.
At the start of each new billing period, every dynamic QR code receives the monthly scan allowance included in your plan.

If a dynamic QR code exceeds its monthly scan limit, additional scans may be temporarily limited until the next billing period begins.
To increase the available allowance, upgrade to a higher plan. If the Business limits are still not enough, contact FbFast support to discuss a custom option.

For standard plans, limits are tied to the plan you choose. To increase the number of dynamic QR codes, static QR codes, or scans, you need to upgrade to a higher plan.

Yes. Test scans count toward the monthly scan limit.
The system counts every real scan of a dynamic QR code, whether it comes from a customer, a teammate, or your own testing.

It depends on the type of limit.
Limits for the number of static and dynamic QR codes apply to the plan as a whole. For example, if your plan allows 50 dynamic QR codes, that is the total number available under the plan.
The scan limit applies separately to each dynamic QR code every month. For example, if a plan includes 2,000 scans, each dynamic QR code can receive up to 2,000 scans during the month.

Yes. FbFast subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing period you choose, monthly or annually.
Automatic billing happens at the start of the next billing period unless the subscription is canceled beforehand.

If payment fails, check that your card has enough funds, your payment details are correct, and online or international payments in USD are allowed.

Cancellation and refunds

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.
Once canceled, the subscription will not renew automatically, and the paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

When a paid subscription ends, your QR codes are not deleted from your account.
The account moves to the free Starter plan, so available features and limits match that tier. If you have more QR codes or need higher limits, you will need to reactivate a paid subscription or choose a suitable plan.

After cancellation, the plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments for the current billing period are not refunded automatically after cancellation.

If a subscription payment cannot be charged, access to the paid plan may be temporarily limited after the current billing period ends.
Check your payment details, card balance, and whether online USD payments are allowed.
